YK43F空氣減壓閥 產品說明

當閥后低壓腔的介質壓力超過調定壓力時,介質推動膜片上移壓縮調節彈簧,導閥瓣隨之向關閉方向移動,使流入活塞上方的介質減小,壓力也隨之下降,此時主閥瓣在主閥彈簧的作用下上移,使主閥瓣與主閥座的間隙減小,介質流量隨之減少,閥后低壓腔的介質壓力也隨之下降,達到新的平衡。反之,當閥后低壓腔的介質壓力低于調定壓力時,主閥瓣和主閥座間隙增大,介質流量隨之增加,使閥后低壓腔的介質壓力隨之增高達到新的平衡。為了將氣源的壓力減壓并穩定到一個定值,要求導閥瓣與導閥座之間以及主閥瓣與主閥座之間達到較好的密封性能。現有的氣體減壓閥存在以下缺陷導閥瓣與導閥座之間以及主閥瓣與主閥座之間均采用硬密封,即導閥座和導閥瓣均為金屬件,利用錐面密封,密封性能差,易出現泄漏,導致閥后低壓腔的介質壓力不穩定。
減壓閥
(1)調壓范圍
減(jian)壓閥的調(diao)(diao)壓范(fan)圍是(shi)指將調(diao)(diao)壓閥的調(diao)(diao)壓手(shou)輪(lun)從全松到(dao)全閉時,閥出(chu)口(kou)壓力的可調(diao)(diao)范(fan)圍。減(jian)壓閥的出(chu)口(kou)壓力范(fan)圍應該隨(sui)著調(diao)(diao)壓手(shou)輪(lun)的調(diao)(diao)節而平穩(wen)的上升或(huo)下(xia)降,不應該有突跳和遲滯現(xian)象(xiang)。
(2)壓力穩定性
壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)穩(wen)定性是指(zhi)出口壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)的振擺。對(dui)于(yu)公(gong)(gong)稱壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)為(wei)16Mpa以上的減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa),一般會要(yao)求(qiu)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)振擺值不(bu)超過±0.5Mpa;對(dui)于(yu)公(gong)(gong)稱壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)為(wei)16Mpa以下(xia)的減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa),壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)振擺值不(bu)超過±0.3Mpa。
(3)壓力偏移
壓力(li)偏(pian)(pian)移是指出油口的(de)(de)調定壓力(li)在規定時間內的(de)(de)偏(pian)(pian)移量。一般(ban)按1min計(ji)算,對(dui)采用Ha、Hb、Hc、Hd四根不同調壓彈簧(huang)的(de)(de)減壓閥,其壓力(li)偏(pian)(pian)移值一般(ban)對(dui)應要求為0.2Mpa、0.4Mpa、0.6Mpa和1.0Mpa。
(4)進口壓力變(bian)化引起的(de)出口壓力變(bian)化量
當減(jian)壓(ya)閥進口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)變化時(shi),必然對(dui)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)產生影響,出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)的波動值越(yue)小,減(jian)壓(ya)閥的靜性能也越(yue)好。測試時(shi),一般(ban)使被試減(jian)壓(ya)閥的進口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)在(zai)比調壓(ya)范(fan)圍的低值高2MPa至公稱壓(ya)力(li)(li)的范(fan)圍內變化時(shi),測量(liang)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)(li)的變化量(liang)。對(dui)于采用Ha、Hb、Hc、Hd四根不(bu)同調壓(ya)彈簧的先導式(shi)減(jian)壓(ya)閥,一般(ban)規定(ding),其壓(ya)力(li)(li)偏移值分(fen)別不(bu)超過0.2Mpa、0.4Mpa、0.6Mpa和0.8Mpa。
(5)流量變(bian)化(hua)引起的出(chu)口壓(ya)力的變(bian)化(hua)量
當減壓(ya)閥的(de)(de)進口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)恒定(ding)時(shi),通過(guo)閥的(de)(de)流量變(bian)化往往引(yin)起出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)的(de)(de)變(bian)化,使出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)不能(neng)保持調(diao)定(ding)值(zhi)。測(ce)試(shi)時(shi),是被試(shi)減壓(ya)閥的(de)(de)進口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)調(diao)為公(gong)稱壓(ya)力(li),出(chu)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)為調(diao)壓(ya)范(fan)圍(wei)的(de)(de)低值(zhi),當通過(guo)調(diao)壓(ya)閥的(de)(de)流量從零至公(gong)稱流量范(fan)圍(wei)內變(bian)化時(shi),減壓(ya)閥出(chu)口(kou)的(de)(de)壓(ya)力(li)變(bian)化量。
(6)外泄漏量
外泄(xie)漏量是指(zhi)當減壓(ya)閥起到減壓(ya)作用(yong)時(shi),每分鐘從泄(xie)油口(kou)流(liu)出的先導流(liu)量。其(qi)數值一(yi)般應該小于(yu)1.5~2.0L/min。測(ce)試(shi)(shi)時(shi),是被(bei)試(shi)(shi)減壓(ya)閥的進(jin)口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)調(diao)為公(gong)稱壓(ya)力(li),出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)為調(diao)壓(ya)范(fan)圍的低(di)值,測(ce)得的泄(xie)油口(kou)流(liu)量即為外泄(xie)漏量。
(7)反向壓力損失
對(dui)于單向減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥,當反(fan)向通過公稱流(liu)量時,減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥的壓(ya)力(li)損(sun)失(shi)即為反(fan)向壓(ya)力(li)損(sun)失(shi)。一般規定反(fan)向壓(ya)力(li)損(sun)失(shi)應(ying)該小于0.4Mpa。
(8)動作可靠性
動(dong)作可(ke)靠性是指減壓(ya)閥的(de)出油口壓(ya)力(li)在(zai)反復的(de)升壓(ya)和卸荷中,動(dong)作應該正常(chang)并且(qie)沒有異常(chang)的(de)聲音和振動(dong)。
6.2減壓閥(fa)的動態(tai)性能
減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)動態性能(neng)反(fan)映(ying)的(de)是(shi)(shi)其工況發生突(tu)變時(shi)(shi)(shi)二次壓(ya)(ya)力變化的(de)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng),與溢流閥(fa)類似,通常也用(yong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)域(yu)特(te)性進行評(ping)價。將減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)或者單(dan)向減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)的(de)出油口(kou)突(tu)然卸荷(he)(he)或突(tu)然升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya),通過(guo)(guo)液壓(ya)(ya)試驗系統和(he)壓(ya)(ya)力傳感器及(ji)相關二次電氣儀表,即可得(de)到升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)與卸荷(he)(he)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)瞬態特(te)性曲線(xian)如圖a,整(zheng)個動態響應過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)是(shi)(shi)一個過(guo)(guo)渡過(guo)(guo)程(cheng),時(shi)(shi)(shi)域(yu)特(te)性反(fan)映(ying)了(le)減壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)或單(dan)向減壓(ya)(ya)的(de)快速性、穩定性和(he)準確性等,具體指示及(ji)意義如下:

減壓(ya)閥(fa)( reducing valve)是采用(yong)控制閥(fa)體內的啟(qi)閉件的開度(du)來(lai)調節(jie)介質(zhi)的流量(liang),將介質(zhi)的壓(ya)力(li)降低,同時(shi)借助閥(fa)后(hou)壓(ya)力(li)的作用(yong)調節(jie)啟(qi)閉件的開度(du),使閥(fa)后(hou)壓(ya)力(li)保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)一定(ding)范圍內,在(zai)進口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)不斷變化的情況下,保(bao)持(chi)出口(kou)壓(ya)力(li)在(zai)設定(ding)的范圍內,
(1) 調(diao)(diao)壓范圍:它(ta)是指減壓閥輸出壓力P2的可調(diao)(diao)范圍,在此范圍內要求(qiu)達到規定的精度。調(diao)(diao)壓范圍主(zhu)要與調(diao)(diao)壓彈(dan)簧的剛度有關。
(2) 壓(ya)(ya)力(li)特(te)性:它是指(zhi)流(liu)量(liang)g為定值(zhi)時(shi),因(yin)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)波(bo)動(dong)而引起(qi)輸(shu)(shu)出壓(ya)(ya)力(li)波(bo)動(dong)的特(te)性。輸(shu)(shu)出壓(ya)(ya)力(li)波(bo)動(dong)越小(xiao),減壓(ya)(ya)閥的特(te)性越好。輸(shu)(shu)出壓(ya)(ya)力(li)必須低于輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)—定值(zhi)才基本上不隨輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)(ru)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)變化(hua)而變化(hua)。
(3) 流量特性:它是指輸入(ru)壓(ya)(ya)力—定時,輸出壓(ya)(ya)力隨(sui)輸出流量g的變(bian)(bian)化而變(bian)(bian)化的持性。當流量g發生變(bian)(bian)化時,輸出壓(ya)(ya)力的變(bian)(bian)化越小(xiao)越好。一般輸出壓(ya)(ya)力越低,它隨(sui)輸出流量的變(bian)(bian)化波動(dong)就越小(xiao)。

按照以下步(bu)驟慢慢轉動(dong)調節螺絲,即可(ke)(ke)完(wan)成設(she)定。不當的(de)調整操作可(ke)(ke)能(neng)形成水擊(ji)或(huo)砰砰作響聲等,可(ke)(ke)能(neng)對減壓閥或(huo)其他(ta)設(she)備(bei)造成損壞。
(1)關閉(bi)減(jian)壓閥前后截斷(duan)閥,在保(bao)證(zheng)安全閥不起跳的(de)情況下,開啟(qi)旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)管線截斷(duan)閥并保(bao)持足夠的(de)時間,以完成利用(yong)流(liu)通介質對管道(dao)中(zhong)的(de)異物或銹層的(de)吹(chui)掃(sao)去(qu)除。吹(chui)掃(sao)完成后,關閉(bi)旁(pang)路(lu)(lu)管線截斷(duan)閥。
(2)緩(huan)慢打(da)開安裝在(zai)減(jian)壓閥(fa)(fa)前(qian)的截斷(duan)閥(fa)(fa),并調(diao)整(zheng)減(jian)壓閥(fa)(fa)后截斷(duan)閥(fa)(fa)的開啟度,保(bao)持(chi)管道有(you)小流量通(tong)過(guo)。
(3)松鎖緊螺(luo)母,緩慢轉(zhuan)動調整螺(luo)絲,并(bing)觀(guan)(guan)察(cha)閥(fa)后的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表,直到要求的(de)(de)設定植為止(zhi)(順時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)轉(zhuan)動壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)上升,逆時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)轉(zhuan)動壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下降(jiang))。對(dui)于(yu)帶手柄(bing)的(de)(de)型號,由于(yu)正常狀態下,手柄(bing)處于(yu)自(zi)鎖位置,因此調整壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)時(shi),應首先按下手柄(bing),松開(kai)自(zi)鎖,再(zai)緩慢轉(zhuan)動調整螺(luo)絲,并(bing)觀(guan)(guan)察(cha)閥(fa)后近的(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)表,直到要求的(de)(de)設定植為止(zhi)(順時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)轉(zhuan)動手柄(bing)時(shi),閥(fa)后壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)上升;逆時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)轉(zhuan)動手柄(bing)時(shi),閥(fa)后壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)下降(jiang)。
(4)緩(huan)慢打(da)開減(jian)壓閥(fa)后截斷閥(fa),并按(an)照步(bu)驟(3)進一步(bu)調整(zheng)閥(fa)后壓力(li),直到要(yao)求(qiu)的設(she)定植(zhi)為止。
(5)完成(cheng)調整后,擰(ning)緊(jin)鎖緊(jin)螺母。對于帶手柄的(de)型號,拉出手柄,利用內部裝置(zhi)鎖緊(jin);如果手柄沒有鎖緊(jin),左右轉動手柄,即可完成(cheng)自鎖動作。
